Subject: High Growth Companies.
Some people have asked how I have 200 employees and am on my third office space. I am here because I run my companies with a high growth mindset. I’ve always wanted a bunch of companies with a bunch of employees and I NEVER wanted it taking over my life. For what? Life is for the living and I am enjoying the good, crying over the bad, and getting mad over the ugly lol. I have always refused being perpetually trapped under my companies.
Anyways, everyone working at your company and I mean everyone. Well, mainly who it’s pertinent to must have a high growth mindset; not just your partner or co-founder, but also your account executives, your lawyer, your accountant, your clerks, your mama who sits there all day and hangs out. She can find a way to bring in clients too. Everyone. People know my offices are not the chill spot but I make them super fun with decor, fun, ambiance etc. so people don’t mind coming in to work. I can’t stand no dried out ass office lol. My isht is fun lol.

Which brings me to THE HOW: ****I REQUIRE ALL OF MY EMPLOYEES TO BRING IN TEN CLIENTS A MONTH.**** (Yes, they are paid a bonus.) If they repeatedly fail to do so they are fired
Don’t cry for them, there are other companies they are better suited for. It’s compassionate firing. Anyways, I incorporate time into their schedule for them to be able to RECRUIT as well as RETAIN because it’s competition out there who will snatch your clients so we make sure to built rapport. We call twice a month to ask if they have any concerns or complaints. Basically do a well being and temperature check. If more than one client suggests a service that the companies does not offer that’s in the same vein, we take note and see if it makes sense to start another company.

Because if one client needs it we’re sure another does also. This is why I have a rehab company with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists. This with why I have home healthcare with registered nurses, nursing assistants, and medicine technicians. This is why the building is being prepared for the adult day center. This is why the pharmacy and durable medical equipment companies are being accredited along with hiring a pharmacist and pharm techs. Because of these along with employees having to bring in ten clients a month or getting fired is how my companies are able to grow fast. It’s by design. It’s not that we just fell into it. Plan your work. Work your plan.

Everyone working at your company and I mean everyone. Well, mainly who it’s pertinent to must have a high growth mindset; not just your partner or co-founder, but also your account executives, your lawyer, your accountant, your clerks.
If you are going to be the general, the king, or even the queen make sure to put your best strategy forward, have your advisors, your consort, and always try to best your last win.
Remember you live in a place where you can chart the direction of your life much more than other ladies in this world. You also live in a place that has about 20 trillion as its GDP and GNP amounts. You can be an entrepreneur if you desire. There are trillions of dollars flowing through this world. Black Americans have consumer power of about 1.5 trillion. (I make sure a decent amount of it flows rights into my Black woman hands/purse/bank account/investment accounts and stays there lol.)
The infrastructures are there. The money is there. So the business can be there. And I know y’all don’t want to hear it but it’s the truth; ***most of the heavy lifting has already been done for you.*** The water systems are in place, electrical grids, roads, bridges, the internet, planes built, scientists who pioneered great discoveries that work, well meaning whites going against their own who are fucked up, feminists fighting hard for you to be able to even vote and control your own money, let alone start a company. You name it. You just have to strategize for it, if it’s that important to you.
